Rinkesh Shah, a passionate learner, speaker and contributor, is a practicing Chartered Accountant. He holds various qualifications few of them are Chartered accountant, Company secretary, Dip in IFR (ACCA - UK) B.Com. Independent Director (IICA-MCA).He is also Qualified Peer reviewer from Peer Review Board of ICAI he has Completed Certificate course of ICAI on IND AS (IFRS) along with Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Bank from ICAI and Certificate course on BLOCK CHAIN from ICAI.
He was Faculty for various courses like CA, CS, CWA, MBA, BBA, CFP, CPA, ACCA from 2009-2014. Currently he is faculty for Certificate course on Ind AS (IFRS) of ICAI, Internal audit for IASB-ICAI of ICAI, FRRB of ICAI. He has Contributed in as one of group member in drafting “Education material for Ind AS 105” published by ICAI. He is going as speaker for topics mainly relate to Accounts and Audit to various forum of ICAI. He is visiting various news channels to express his views on various topics related to Indian Economy.
He is having wide Experience of Setting up companies in USA, UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore through his own Network since 2012.He has handled various assignments of converting Financial Statements from US GAAP to IFRS As well as from Indian GAAP to Ind AS (IFRS). He was visiting USA every year since 2012 to 2016 for audit and taxation work of Real Estate Companies of Manhattan.
Till now he has hold many Positions in society like Secretary of CA students Association for Ahmedabad branch of WIRC OF for two years, Managing Committee for Ind AS Implementation committee of WIRC of ICAI for 2017-18 and 2018-19, Elected Executive committee member of Chartered Accountant Associations for 2013-14, Governing Council member of H.L. College Alumni Association since 2012 and many more.
Currently he is elected managing committee member of Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI for term of 2022-2025.
He has in depth knowledge of offshore and onshore accounting and auditing work.
